Hi There! I'm Victoria!

Hi! It’s so nice to meet you and welcome to Sproutify Wellness. My name is Victoria, and I’m Canadian-Portuguese. I’m currently in school to become a Holistic Nutritionist and am about to graduate as a Certified Holistic Health Coach.

My goal in life is simple: to help people feel their best and improve their lifestyles in a realistic, balanced way. I truly believe in the power of food and its incredible ability to support healing, energy, and overall wellbeing.

When I’m not in the kitchen cooking, developing recipes, seeing nutrition clients, or studying, you’ll probably find me going for long walks, playing guitar, hanging out with my cat Luna, or doing something creative like painting. I love bringing creativity into both my life and my work, especially when it comes to food and wellness.

What Holisitc Means to Me

My approach to holistic health is about looking at the whole person. Instead of quick fixes or band-aid solutions, I believe in getting to the root of what may be going on. Our health is influenced by so many things—what we eat, our lifestyle, stress, sleep, environment, and emotional wellbeing—so it’s important to look at the bigger picture. I believe modern medicine plays an important role in our health, but I also value the power of nutrition, lifestyle changes, and alternative healing practices working alongside it. My goal is to help people support their bodies in a balanced, natural way so they can feel their best.

Instead, I focus on helping people build sustainable habits that make them feel energized, nourished, and confident in their everyday lives. My goal is to help people find a way of eating and living that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable so they can truly feel their best and live their fullest life.
